Steifpower hereby confirms that all its products supplied to its customers and/or its subsidiaries do not contain “intentionally introduced” lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) as defined in the regulations Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and all it’s amendments thereto.

All products produced by Steifpower or it’s suppliers are classified as Articles and therefore will not need registration under REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) Regulation EC/1907/2006.
Steifpower hereby confirms that all its products supplied to its customers and/or its subsidiaries do not contain:
1. Any of the substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
2. Any of the substances mentioned in Annex XVII and XIV of REACH regulation.
